WHEN OUR STORY MEETS YOURS
Beautiful things are going to happen
What makes the Heatherly team stand out?
It comes down to problem-solving
When you’re in the heat of the big day— with all the potential pitfalls, stressors, and unknowns — when the details have been planned and the timeline has been set, the only thing your vendors have left is their ability to make it happen. Whether it’s a complicated floral install or a wedding party member who can’t find the dress, the ability to problem solve can make or break any event.
That’s where each member of the Heatherly Team excels.
Our passion for event design runs deep. We’re here to help bring your vision to life or help you create one if you don't know where to start.
My team and I bring our experiences, tenacity and creativity to the table while working tirelessly to tell your unique story.
~Heather Muto, Owner and Lead Designer
Organized
We have the ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and develop systems for achieving a client’s goals.
Creative
Not only can we think about concepts and designs in new and inventive ways, but we also approach problems and day-of hiccups head on.
Resourceful
We think on our feet and don’t give up. So if you have a problem, yo, we’ll solve it. (Hey, we didn’t say we weren’t cheesy at times)
Personable and Inclusive
With a strong sense of inclusion and acceptance, our team is geared towards making you, your family and your guests feel welcome and at home. We have excellent communication and people skills.
Fun Loving and Spirited
While we don’t put joining you on the dance floor before our work, we understand that you are celebrating some of the happiest moments of your life and we’re here to make sure you enjoy it.
Driven and Dedicated
The team at Heatherly loves what we do and we prioritize our work and our clients. Your event’s success is incredibly important to us; we take it personally as if it were our own.

Heather L. | Lead Florist
Heather Lattuca grew up in the town of Mint Hill where she was heavily involved in the fine arts. She studied music education as a percussionist at Wingate University and the University of North Carolina.
As a strongly right-brained individual, Heather has her hands in anything creative. Through the planning of her own wedding, she found Heatherly and studied under lead designer, Heather Muto. As the leader of the Heatherly floral department, she’s excited to make your beautiful Heatherly floral visions come to life.
Outside of the floral studio, Heather enjoys spending quality time with her husband and golden retriever. She’s also a huge fan of the Carolina Hurricanes, anything Disney and traveling to new places. Fun fact: Her favorite flower is the anemone.

Jamie M. | The Flower Daddy
Jamie spent the summer of 1989 in his hometown in Belpre, Ohio. working in his mother’s flower shop, just as she had when she was a child and it belonged to her father. Jamie’s passion for flowers grew with his knowledge of them and he practically lived in that shop until he moved away and eventually found himself in Los Angeles.
This is where his path crossed with Heatherly owner, Heather Muto.
While in LA, Jamie worked with many celebrities and entertainment industry executives who relied on him to make daily floral deliveries, coordinate events and fill their beautiful homes with his floral arrangements.
When he found his way back home to Ohio, it seemed only natural that he would once again join forces with Heather as they brought the magic they created on the West Coast here to the East.
In addition to his love for florals, Jamie is an active member of the LGBTQ community.
